Shipping And Returns


As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  We then automatically contact the warehouse to confirm your item is in stock and available for shipment.  We also confirm with our courier partners that the shipping price is correct. 

If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail ASAP.  If your shipping price was incorrect, we will contact you with a quote for excess shipping, or offer you a full refund.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order.  We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse via email.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@adventurewarehouse.com.au

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order with in the time frame stated. We have no control over your shipment once it has left the warehouse and unfortunately from time to time, shipments may be delayed or misplaced in transit. In this case, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Due to the size of our products, shipping to PO boxes is usually not available, and your order will ship via courier.  Please provide a valid street address as delivery to PO Boxes is not available.


We ship all products with couriers to keep shipping times as low as possible, Once your order has shipped you should expect to receive it within the following time frame:

Metro Area: 1-5 Business Days

Regional Area: 3-10 Business Days


Adventure Warehouse is proud to offer customers quality products. We will endeavour to supply you with the product you have ordered in perfect condition. However, on occasion goods may be faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the goods at hello@adventurewarehouse.com.au Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage. Once we receive all the necessary information we will contact you with the next steps.


We understand that sometimes you will change your mind or have an issue with a product once it arrives - we're here to help.  If you would like to return a product please contact us at hello@adventurewarehouse.com.au and we'll arrange the return and refund details with you.  

In the event of a change of mind please contact us with in 30 days. We will not refund shipping charges. You the customer will incur the cost of the return postage and also the original delivery postage which will be quoted to you if your item qualified for free shipping. You will be credited the purchase price minus delivery costs. Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories, in a re-salable condition.  

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  Merchant processing fees are not refundable, these fees are charged to us by payment processors at the time of payment.  Please note this can be as high as 6% when paying with some buy now pay later services.

In the event of a change of mind when the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse then we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of goods.  If the Goods have already left the warehouse then you will incur the shipping costs for both to and from your delivery address.
