Bought this 2 weeks ago and practiced putting it up and down until I had it all sorted out in 8 minutes ready to go and about 10 minutes to pack away. Went out in for the first time on my local large freshwater lake today. Packing it away took a little longer as making sure that it was clean before packing it onto the car. I am an older female (65) and it is not too heavy for me to carry everything in the bag. The seat, paddle, kayak, water proof bag all fits in well. Glides really well and smooth on the water. Also feels solid and very stable. Seats are pretty good too.
