Secondary Burner for a Large Woodlander

Pretty happy with this. Definitely seems to increase radiant warmth around the stove, and seems to reduce chimney smoke as claimed. The added cooking surface is a good size, capable of bringing and holding a decent size cast iron pan to a sizzle sear temperature and needing a trivet under the pan to slow the heat. Still working out the dampers to do the same but expect dampers and a trivet will provide a simmer to sear cooking range.
Overall, while expensive, and I wouldn’t bother taking it camping unless it was for a long term Basecamp, it’s a nice luxury for winter coffee and more on our exposed deck.
